In Phone mode when trying to return an incoming call a Google Voice message displays providing the two options below, of which neither one places the call:
    Call with Google Voice
    Call without Google Voice

The phone is a Galaxy 3 with an ATT sim card (SCH-1535). Upon restart a red Verizon screen still displays. It seems as though the phone is trying to return the call via the Verizon network which is not ATT. Using "Copy to dialing screen" works yet is inconvenient. Is the problem old Verizon software or something else?

    Can anyone help?

It sounds like the number was imported to Google Voice -- If not you can uninstall Google Voice. The phone shouldn't still be trying to make the call through the Verizon network since it should go off the SIM card. I would try removing Google Voice and seeing if it works.
