Chromebook Custom Wallpaper Problem...

[AC Question]

I bought my Acer C720P last week and am in love with it. I've been using a custom wallpaper this whole time and I to went change the wallpaper again and when it pulled up the Drive and Downloads page like normal, it shows all my folders I have but doesn't let me click on anything. It stays on the main page of the Drive. When I click Downloads or any folder the cursor moves to it but the screen stays on the Drive page. It's basically frozen on the main Drive page and won't let me choose any custom wallpapers to use now. I want to change my wallpaper to another custom one but this has gone on for two days and I've tried everything I know to do. Someone please help!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried powering off completely (by pressing and holding the power button until the screen fades to black), then powering on again?
