    Email keeps crashing. Keeps freezing up the phone.

    Have you cleared the app cache and if so what is the result?

    A workaround would be to disable it from System Settings\Apps and use a third-party app instead.

    Where could I get this stock image for T-Mobile S4? This 4.4.4 Update is total crap, I hated it the first hour I had it...

    I can tell you that the email issue is because of the 4.4.4 update. I'm rooted, so I haven't updated yet, and I started having problems with my email app about a week before the update came out. And quick Google search will show you that this is a frequent problem with Samsung phones for years, where something in the email app's data gets corrupted. You don't need to reflash your device. What you will have to do is remove any POP3, IMAP or Exchange accounts accounts from the "Accounts" section (from the Android Settings, if you try and use the email app settings, if will crash) then find "Email" under Manage Apps and hit clear data and clear cash. Then reenter your emails accounts. That fixed the problem for me.
