I am using Samsung Galaxy Pocket ( GT-S5300 ). The battery of my mobile is draining pretty fast. Is there any way to find out what is consuming the battery so rapidly even without using the mobile?
There r so many reasons u should monitor your battery status ...
Check the applications use cpu most . b backgrounds app .there is some other reason that using 3G that use battery a lot.screen brightness use it most...
( i have same problem on Nexus 5 ! )
U can go setting in battery option u can see how much and what use your battery. . . and there is so many app u can monitor.
I prefer turn your cell to 2G and turn off auto brightness use it manually.. Clear app cache and a uninstall unwanted apps
I cant monitor the running apps all the time and I'll need an app for that..........the things that u mentioned are some ways to save battery power but the culprit can be a process as it was in my case I tried an app called Watchdog Lite and it was helpful......this app terminates every process consuming battery power beyond a certain limit. I'll suggest u to give it a try.
