My phone came in the mail today, I plugged it into the wall, and turned on the phone. The set up wizard came on, warning me it may take up to five minutes to turn on. However its been almost an hour now, whats up?

What does it say on the screen that you've been stuck on? I'd try forcing a power off by pressing and holding the Power button for about 10 seconds. Then try turning it on again.
