Insignia Flex 10.1 Tablet randomly turns Location Services On

OK, so if the title doesn't say enough, I am a proud owner of an Insignia Flex 10.1" tablet, but for some reason, the Location Services keeps turning on, primarily the GPS Satellites service. I don't want this happening, but I can't get it to STAY OFF. Please, please, help?

Nope. I despise those apps, because 9/10 times, they're just a scam app, in my experience.

Anyway, my tablet is *still* doing this. Any other ideas? Please help.
