    Replacement Galaxy s5, turned on and while it was going through set up it is on the wifi screen. needs wifi or valid sim... called and had my imid updated and still won't go off that screen with any simcard....pls help

    Bring it to the carrier's repair place (where that is depends on the carrier) and ask for a phone that works. Set it up while you're there, so they can replace the replacement if there's a problem again. The only thing to "do" with a phone that doesn't work and is under warranty is exercise the warranty - have the phone replaced. A user should never have to fix a new phone (and I say that as a retired dealer - I never let a customer leave without a working phone).
