QR scanner app which doesn't lose focus, but sends result to own server

Does anybody know of a QR app, which scans the QR code, sends the result to a server of free choice AND stays open ready to scan a new code. I would like to use it for making an inventory list but the results should be delivered to my server instantly.

OK, no answers. But I found at perfect App myself. "Barcode Scanner Terminal" let me send barcodes and QR codes to my own server, and keep the app focused on my android device.
