migrating apps to new phone

[AC Question]

I'm getting ready to upgrade from Galaxy S2 (my first smartphone).. probably to S4. I've accumulated my fair share of apps in a year and a half... I have been assuming that my app inventory is all in the Playstore cloud and I can re-install the apps easily, though perhaps personalization will be lost. Am I right? What roadblocks should I anticipate?

Oh, thanks, Belodion! I guess that was pretty basic (at least in principle). A knowledgeable friend said something that made me nervous.
