replaced screen no power

I replaced my screen in my lg optimus now the power wont come on i have had ot apart seberal times and everthing is done properly...no power...help

Presumably you replaced the screen because of damage. Are you certain that there was not other damage to the phone, than just the screen? Perhaps that is why the phone will not start.
