Galaxy S3, device name SCH I535

I got a second hand Samsung Galaxy S3, Device name:SCH I 535 ,already upgraded to 4.4.2. The problem is when I connect my mobile to Laptop having window 7 ultimate, through data cable , Mobile start charging. But Data is not showed on My Laptop. I have gone through download mode, & have installed driver successfull, & it says "your device is ready to use" , but still no data of mobile is accessed, when I Looked into Computer Icon. Please help me ! Much worried.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. Are you saying that you have no mobile data signal?

Thanks For your such a quick respons.
Actually when I connect my mobile with Laptop, mobile make a sound and start charging. No option available on mobile regarding usb. And I am unable to access my data on laptop. No Icon appear on laptop, to access my mobile data.
