Note 3 N900 with Android 4.4.2, caller ID and phone number won't show

My sister and I just got our note 3 last month from Verizon. I've noticed that when ever someone tries to call me, their number won't show and their name would appear as "Wireless Caller" or "Unknown" or "Unavailable" even though I have their name, number, and picture in my contacts. Since it won't show the phone number, I don't have a number to call back to and I have no idea who just called. I have the Smart Caller ID but it would only show business phone number. It won't show any of my contact's call or stranger's call. Help!!! How do I fix this. Also, I didn't block anyone so that wouldn't be the issue.
