I have an old HTC Rezound. I know there are photos of my family on there which I would like to recover if possible. The phone will power up, but the screen is busted so has all sorts of funny colors. Is there any way to force the computer (pc or mac) to mount the phone as a drive? Thanks in advance!

I don't think I have a locked screen, it's just that the phone is not automatically choosing to be an external hard drive. And I can't change the option because I can't see the screen. So is there a way for the computer to force the phone to be an external hdd?

I realize that the link was not addressing your exact situation--I was just hoping that using a USB mouse might allow you to blindly access the USB connection settings in order to change them to USB Mass Storage. It would probably take a lot of trial and error.
