my andriod google play store

[AC Question]

everytime I try to go into google play store on my andriod phone it brings up a screen that says Redeem your code and wants me to enter a code . It wont go to the app I think I erased it on accident. What do I do?

Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have? What do you do when you see that Redeem Code box? Do you just tap the Home button to go back to the homescreen? Or do you tap the Back button? Try tapping the Back button.

Otherwise, try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it again.
