    Hi,

I tried connecting my HTC1 to my laptop yesterday for the first time since the latest software upgrade and I am getting a message "USB Device Not Recognised" I need to transfer photos from my phone for work. I tried it on another laptop with the same result. One laptop is windows 7 32bit and the other is windows 7 64bit. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Shane.

Welcome to Android Central! Try reinstalling HTC Sync Manager, since it should have the most current USB driver as well. Download HTC Sync Manager
