Hello folks...I 'm running windows 7 ultimate. I have my Nexus 4 plugged into a fully functional USB port that I have used multiple times to transfer pictures in both directions to and from my phone. My computer see's and recognizes the phone and I have full access to all files. Now when I try to copy, pictures to the phone it just hangs...I have left it for 3 hours just to try to copy 3 pictures and it shows the copy bar has not moved from 5%, which is where it starts when I click to copy...If I try to copy mp3's to my music file on phone, it tells me phone may not recognize the file type. I click try anyways and it does the exact same issue as with trying to copy pictures...I can still copy from the phone to the computer, but now I can't go the other way...I have all the latest updates to both phone and computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...Everyone have a great day.

First thing I'd try...Go into Device Manager on your computer with Nexus plugged in. Delete it from Device Manager. Unplug your device, then reconnect it to the PC. Let it reinstall the drivers. See if anything changes. Try that first, then there are some other potential options after that.
