How do I get my Galaxy S5 out of headphone mode?

Galaxy S5 Stuck on Headphones Mode

My Galaxy S5 is stuck on headphones mode when no headphones are plugged in, or any dirt is in the headphones jack. If I turn off my phone for a while and later turn it on, the loudspeakers again work, but after a few hours it returns to headphones mode.
I tried a hard reset, and a factory data reset, and both didn't help.
Any help?
