    Recently switched from an I phone to a galxys4
    I set up a work email that lasted for about 3 week
    now it has stopped working

    Our web person can not seem to find a problem the email works on my laptop
    but I can not get I back on the phone

    I have 2 different servers that I have tried to go in thru but it keeps saying it can not connect with though server

    If you're connecting through a web interface, it's something in the web server that's gone bad.

    If you're connecting to the email server directly, your web person would have nothing to do with it. (Email isn't the web.) Have your email administrator check the error logs to see what's going wrong when you try to connect - that should tell you what to change to make it work. (If you work for a cheap company that doesn't have an actual email administrator - someone who knows your email server well - you may have to just try things until something works, or put up with not being able to use your work email with an email program - and hope it has a web interface you can use.)

    Without actually being at the email server, there's no advice we cvan give you that will fix the problem, since we have no idea what the problem is. Not connecting is a symptom. To fix the problem, you have to know what the problem is, and you don't and neither do we. Only someone who can access the email server can tell you what the problem is. Once we know that, we might be able to offer some suggestions.

    At this time, all I can suggest is that you delete the work email account on your S4, add a new account, make sure you're adding the right type of account (email, LDAP, add an app if you have an Exchange account - Android doesn't do Exchange [Outlook] natively), make sure you enter the login and password accurately and let the phone set the account up automatically. Or, if you have an email admin, let him/her set the account up on your phone.
