How can I store music on my s5 without using a ton of space?

I recently upgraded from a s3 to a s5 and have some full albums plus a lot of single tracks that I listen to regularly for working out or driving.

I want to have immediate access to them without taking a ton of space on my phone (I take a lot of pics too) is there a program to store music for andriods? Can I use itunes although I have a s5?

Sorry, Im not good at anything technical and hope this makes sense.

Welcome to Android Central! The best way is probably to store all of the music tracks on your external SD card. This way, the music won't take up the phone's Internal Storage, which is also used to install apps and store data.
