Android 4.4.4 Bluetooth not working with VoIP apps over WiFi
Apps tested/affected: Hangouts, Skype, Fongo, LocalPhone, CSipSimple. Phone: Nexus 4. Operating system - Android 4.4.4
Issue: when WiFi in use, no audio or calls are not connected when Bluetooth paired and connected. Must switch to speaker/handset to connect, but upon switching back to Bluetooth, audio does not work. When WiFi is turned off and Bluetooth remains connected, everything works fine over 3G/4G/LTE.
Tested in safe mode - same result.
Tested on Nexus S, Android 4.1.2 - everything works very well with WiFi and the above-mentioned apps.
Google support tried, but was unable to resolve.
Has anyone else experienced this on Nexus 4 or other devices?
