Why have all my apps have stopped updating and I am unable to download any new apps?

all my apps have stopped updating and i can't download any new apps

i can access the play store but can't download any apps.all my updates are trying to update but the screen wont go to the update

Welcome to Android Central! What device do you have? Go to Settings>Apps>All (or the App Manager), select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Does it work now?
