Welcome to Android Central! Is it formatted? If you insert it in a computer, does the computer read it? Is the card new or old? If it's new, where did you get it? Cheap cards from questionable sellers have a higher chance of being counterfeit. If the card is old, be aware that cards do not last forever--they may fail after a certain number of read-write cycles.
