Hello!

I have noticed that same with my GS4 on a regular charger... Even just after regular use my phone gets pretty warm.

If you think your phone is getting hot to the point where something internal could get damaged, I would call Samsung and ask for their recommendations.

Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it!
