    Its a new phone. My first weekend eith it i nearly misded a flight, and later i was an hour early to a meeting because the time settings keep ch a nging. It happenened again today. Thank goodness i know to check it. Is tjere d ome way to lock these settings to prevent them from turning off?

    If you haven't found it out yet.. Settings --- Date Time --- Untick 'automatic date & time' and 'automatic time zone'

    Automatic time settings are local - they're the time and date at the cell tower you're connected to. If you want to set an alarm to catch a connecting flight, set it for the time local to the airport you'll be in, not the time at your departure airport.

    Unticking 'automatic' means that you'll have to manually reset the time every few days - the internal clock, since it's constantly reset by the tower in automatic mode, isn't that stable. It doesn't have to be better than 1 second every few minutes.
