Hello, welcome to Android Central! To be honest, I don't think you can. Any services I've found are really sketchy. I highly suggest you don't enter your imei on some random website. What you can do is report the phone's imei to your provider and say that the device was stolen, and they will disable it. That way, whoever stole the phone won't be able to use the device when a new sim is inserted. If you have any more questions, don't be afraid to ask!
