    I can't transfer apps to my sd card because it can't be move to my sd card.

    Welcome to Android Central! You can't download and install an app directly to the SD card--it's just not how Android works. You have to download and install it first to Internal Storage; then you can go to the App Manager, select the app, and tap Move to SD. Only a portion of the app moves to the SD card--you can't move an entire app there. Not all apps can be moved to SD, either--it just depends on the app.
