Why has my internet stopped working?

Internet stopped working

Hi guys
Can anyone help me please?
I have a Samsung Note 3.
Everything used to work perfectly, not anymore.
I can browse the Internet, but the moment I want to download anything it crashes. It happens in Chrome and Internet. I don't know what to do anymore.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, select Download Manager, and make sure it isn't disabled. Then Clear Cache/Clear Data, then force stop. Now try again.
