Any charger that supplies the amount of current that the phone draws - or more - will charge the phone at the same rate. A 25 Amp charger won't charge the phone any faster than a 5 Amp charger. Run a charging app on your phone (Galaxy Charging Current Lite works just fine) to see how much your phone draws with the stock plug-in charger. Any charger that supplies that much current or more will charge the phone at the same rate. (One that supplies less current will still work, it'll just take longer to charge.)
Car chargers (and wall chargers) are commodities today - there's basically one active part in them, and everyone uses the same one (for the same current charger). I wouldn't spend more than $5 on a charger. You can get a good 2 or 3 Amp car (cigarette lighter plug-in) charger on eBay for under $2 (with free shipping).
