Why can't anobody hear me but I can hear them on during calls on my Alcatel a554c?

nobody can hear me but I can hear them alcatel a554c

blue-tooth seems to work just fine. I have cycled power, removed battery everything short of a hard reset

Welcome to Android Central! When you say Bluetooth seems to work fine, do you mean that people can hear you when you're using a Bluetooth headset, but not if you're using the phone's mic? How long have you had the phone? Any recent trauma or water exposure? I'd guess that the phone mic has failed. You may need to bring the phone to a repair shop, or contact Alcatel if still under warranty.
