How can I remove the mobile anti-theft pin on my Chuwi VX3?

My phablet Chuwi VX3 has kitkat android OS and after restart it always ask for pin code which I forgot, I found out that my mobile anti-theft is on and it causes all this problem when I changed my sim. How can I remove the pin code and turn off the mobile anti theft on the phone? I tried factory reset and wipe the cache partition with out success, please help.

Welcome to Android Central! If it was easy to bypass, it wouldn't be much of an anti-theft deterrent, would it? I would try bringing the device to the store where you bought it, or contacting the manufacturer.
