I use Microsoft office for emails at my business. The emails are picked up by my Galaxy s5 but then auto delete. I may need to refer to them and they are simply gone. I called technical support who told me there is no fix???? Is that possible!!! Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise the phone is going back. I must have access to my office emails. Thanks

Are they gone just when you get them or after you read them? Are they also gone from your server (or PC client)? There might be some settings you need to adjust in the SYNC section of the e-mail app settings. This option actually does purge your phone from old e-mails, and they can be set to 1 day up to 1 month or just have it sync everything. This doesn't mean the e-mails are gone from the server, though, they're just not stored on the phone to free up memory, but they're still accessible elsewhere.

I have a vague recollection of a Samsung phone having a default email view that shows only unread messages. Make sure you are in the inbox, not some kind of "unread only" view.
