Wifi will not turn on nor bluetooth...on my hiawei g700 u10...what do i do?

Welcome to Android Central! More details would help. What happens when you try to turn them on? Do they turn on, but not receive anything? Or do the switches turn on, then back to off after a few seconds? Or are they totally greyed out to begin with, and you can't even manipulate them?

Are you rooted or unrooted? Any recent drops or trauma?

i am not rooted, but wifi , bluetooth and fm radio are not functioning.

when i turn them on..they simply revert back to off.
wifi in particular, takes a little while to emergeone or two secs from blanked out to able to turn on...and as stated before ..i turn on and it reverts to off position. rd

Did this just start happening suddenly? Any recent drops, trauma, or water exposure? Any recent system updates?

You may have to try a factory reset. If that still doesn't help, then maybe there's a loose connection somewhere. See what happens if you squeeze the phone in various places--if a connection is loose, squeezing it might temporarily restore the connection.

got up one morning and noticed the condition.
no recent drops nor water exposure...
well i will try a factory reset....after the sqeeze.
