What's wrong with my S4?

whats wrong with my s4

I accidentally spilled something over my phone while it was charging last night. I think the charger blew while plugged into the phone because its all burnt at the top. On the phone, it would turn on this morning but the screen was just blank, throughout the day then eventually it came back but there is still lines going across the screen, not to obvious, but its still not right. At times it starts flashing a small bit as if its about to turn off and the colouring is broken a small bit (things that should be yellow, e.g. snapchat, are green and the same with blue)

Has anyone got any idea what could be wrong with it

Welcome to Android Central! There was clearly some significant internal damage from whatever happened during the spill. There could be any number of problems, ranging from the screen to the motherboard to the charging port. You could bring it to a repair shop, but a total repair might cost more than a new phone.
