I switched to Android from Apple last month with a Samsung Galaxy S5 (Model: SM-G900F).
My experience has been really worse. There were many problems but this one is worst of all.
When I installed my SD Card (Kingston 16-Gb), it worked perfectly for a few minutes but then this error came (SD Card Unexpectedly removed). When I restart the phone, the sd card works for a few minutes but then again this problem occurs.
I tried formatting & Mounting/Remounting but still no use.
    Please help urgently.

    Welcome to the forums.
It might be a bad card. Have you tried another one?

This is going to sound weird, but try booting up your phone WITHOUT the SD Card inserted. Let it boot, then insert the SD card (I suggest you format it on a PC as ExFAT first).
