My phone shows lock but I am unable to move it right, anyone able to help?

lock is there but does not move to right. Battery is at 87%

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? I assume you're talking about the lockscreen. Does it register any touch at all? If not, press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to force a power off, then turn it back on again. Or if you have a removable battery, pull it, wait 10 seconds, then put it back in and restart. If the screen still doesn't register touch, then the digitizer might have failed, in which case you'd need to contact the manufacturer for warranty work (if still valid), or bring it to a repair shop.
