my samsung galaxy s2 is not booting please help me

it got frozen and i decided to change the battery bcuz it was low and after replacing the battery it wont boot again.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you certain the replacement battery is fully charged? Keep it plugged into a wall outlet for about 6 hours, then try powering on again.
