Galaxy S4 can't open Settings -> Data usage
Settings crashes immediately upon clicking Data Usage. Sometimes I'll get an error message saying "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped", but not always.
I've recently been experiencing random reboots as well, whether or not I'm using the phone at the time. I'm not sure if these are related.
This has been going on for days now; I've tried restarting it, removing my SD card, moving all my pictures to my SD card, starting in safe mode , (all of those separately from each other) and nothing seems to work.
