why do I keep getting a message calander storage has stopped

I have a Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 and I keep getting a on screen message to say unfortunately calendar storage has stopped working why is this.

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to the Calendar Storage app, open, and select Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure your Calendar events are backed up or synced somewhere (presumably Google) before you Clear Data, because doing so will likely clear those events. If the events are synced to Google, then after you Clear Data and Force Stop, the events should be re-synced once you reopen the Calendar.

Does a reboot do anything at all?
