My S3 Mini keeps restarting all the time . what should I do?

my S3 mini keeps restarting all the time .. what should I do?

I'm turning my phone on and it is on for like 10 seconds and then it restarts on its own .. I tried to reset it but the phone shuts down too fast i don't know what to do

Possibly a faulty power button? Possibly a failing battery?
