How can I get Enterprise to work on data with any mobile?

Good for enterprise Issue

cannot get good for enterprise to work on data only on mobile, fine on wifi, I have a samsung Galaxy mini III

Welcome to Android Central! So things otherwise work fine on mobile data only? Check the app's settings--is there any option that limits data use to wi-fi? Some apps have an option like this in order to preserve mobile data plans.
