When I am on a call, my face is constantly touching the screen and disconnecting my call, or adding another call without my meaning to. Is there a way to prevent this?
Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? The proximity sensor should be sensing your face during a call, and turning off the screen so that this doesn't happen. Are you saying the screen stays on during a call when the phone is against your head?
I have the Samsung Galaxy s5 through Sprint. When I'm on a call the screen goes black but my face touches the screen and it comes back on. I've had it mute the call, disconnect, answer another incoming call and once it even typed a text message. Very frustrating.
