After I dropped my Android it turns on but turns right back off, can anyone help?

i dropped my android and it comes on but cutts right back off ...HELP!!

I threw it on the couch and it was a piece of metel on the couch and my phone hit it and turned off it comes on then turns right back off .now it comes on but just says Samsung and blanks off and say Samsung agien .

Pull the battery out and wait several minutes. Put battery back and charge the phone. If it charges normal, turn the phone on and see if it works.
