    When i click my battery setting to see what apps have used the most battery it only shows "Android OS" and shows its using 97% battery. Nothing else is showing up such as screen time, youtube, and other apps iv been using etc. iv done a soft reset but no change

    Hello.
    That's odd. If you can go to Accounts - Google - touch name and see if there is a sync error showing.
    Can you post a screenshot?
