Hi - I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.4.2. My Bluetooth is not turning off. I rebooted and same thing happens. I turn the phone off and Bluetooth just comes back on again. Funny thing is that when I plug the phone in to a power source, the Bluetooth does turn off.

Welcome to Android Central! When you go to Settings>Bluetooth and flip the switch off, does it just go back to being on? Or does the switch not even respond? Are you rooted or unrooted? Running a custom ROM?
