Why wont my phone turn on? (LG Motion)

[AC Question]

Yesterday my phone worked perfectly till it died. I went to put it on the charger and only thing on was the 3 front lights. They weren't blinking at all, just a solid light. I held the power button down for about a good 30-40 seconds and it still doesn't work. I even took out the battery while the phone was still connected to the charger. The front lights were still on. Does anyone have any help??? Thank you!

It could be battery failure.
