my phone is going on and off how do i turn it back on

my Samsung galaxy young gt-5631ol was on charge but now its turning on and off. How do I get it to stay on.

A faulty battery or a faulty power button are possibilities.
Otherwise, a Factory Reset may be worth considering, as long as your personal data is backed up.
I cannot find the model number you quote so cannot provide a link to a how-to site.
