How do I get my Samsung Galaxy out of headphone mode?

My Samsung Galaxy is stuck in headphone mode!

The little headphones shows in the top left when you got headphones plugged in. The thing is, I GOT NO HEADPHONES PLUGGED IN?! My headphone port also won't allow headphones to be entered, like something is in it. I checked inside and it looks normal but I am not sure. I think it won't let it go in because there is something protruding in the inside! Please help me with this do I got to repair or can I just fix it easily?

looks like there is something inside the port. have you tried taking it to a repair shop maybe they can get that stuff out?
