I can't transfer my pictures from my phone. I have a Lenovo with Windows 8.

I downloaded the Motorola Device Manager but all that does is "Check for new device software," tells me there are no new updates, and then goes away.

On my RAZR M I've gone to "USB computer connection" and clicked on "Media device (MTP)." I click on the Drive in Windows, then click on SD Card and then Pictures. There is nothing inside the Picture folder. There's also nothing inside the pictures folder in the Internal Storage folder, except for a few screenshots.

I have no idea what to do at this point. I have 512 photos on my phone and I don't know how to get them off.

Welcome to Android Central! Photos taken by your camera are in the folder storage/sdcard0/DCIM/Camera/. Have you looked there?
