Why can't I access the Google Play store?

Cant access google play store

Hi I can not access playshop/store on my galaxy ace, it keeps saying no connection retry, I have triedclear data,force stop and it is still not working, any ideas how to fix??

Welcome to Android Central! Does this occur on both wi-fi and mobile data? If on wi-fi, does it matter which network you're using?

You could try removing your Google account completely, then adding it back.
