Why won't my LG Motion turn on?

[AC Question]

LG Motion: Won't turn on

I have tried the following:

-Taking the battery out and putting it back in after a few seconds
-Changing chargers
-Turning it on w/o a battery in the Motion
-Power button + Volume down

When I take the battery out, my soft-touch buttons flash. When I put it back in, they stop. Then, when I plug it into a charger, the phone vibrates and shows the LG logo. It flashes once, then goes to a full battery screen. From there, I cannot do anything. Please help!
